2. Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
a. Eligibility for Returns
Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
The item arrives damaged;
The wrong item was shipped;
The item is defective; or
The item was lost during delivery (subject to courier verification).
b. Return Request Period
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the item.
c. Condition of Returned Items

Refunds for digital products may only be considered where:
The file is corrupted or inaccessible;

4. Courses, Memberships & Educational Programs
a. Online Courses
Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed; and
Course materials have not been substantially downloaded.
b. Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscription or membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing date.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless:
The error was caused by Kingdom Economics Institute; or
The item arrived damaged or defective.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for refund processing depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. Order Cancellations

Once physical products have shipped or digital products have been accessed/downloaded, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for refund.

Incorrect addresses;
Unclaimed packages; or

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
